A little message for those that need it:
-In the media there's this intense pressure to get 'fit and healthy' and write these fitness goals only for us to beat ourselves up when we don't achieve them. It becomes a damaging cycle. If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that life is for living, appreciate every moment and don't sweat the small stuff.
This year my goal is to be kinder to myself and do more things that I love. My classes will always be about letting go, being yourself and having a laugh for 45 minutes a week, a place to escape from whatever is happening in our lifes and have a boogie.
So lets smash this year together!
